The Brief

Subscribie needed to stand out against the likes of HubSpot and Stripe. They collect recurring subscription payments for SMEs like local football clubs. With established businesses taking most customers they needed social media marketing to appeal to organisations in the area. They needed a business who was experienced and had proven results, so they chose Tech Dream.

The Challenge

The main challenge was ensuring the posts stood out on social media. This was before the explosion of short-form video content. So, creating high-quality graphics that stood out was essential

Subscribie had a very basic brand identity, so we knew we were going to have to expand the brand and ensure users could tell when they stumbled upon a Subscribie post.

Our Task

As always, we began with researching the market leaders. They were predominately posting promotional content aimed at sales. We knew this wouldn't work because we needed an audience before we could sell!

 

Instead, we opted for creating content that would provide knowledge for our customers. This was our first correct move and lead to a massive increase in reactions, impressions and follows from month 1.

 

We carried this on till the end of the temporary contract, where Subscribie's in-house team took over the social media.

The results were some of the best we have seen from the initial period of marketing work. A massive 400% growth in Subscribie's audiecne was seen. Furthermore, Subscribie's owners were impressed with 15 new customers from the local area that decided to work with them directly from our marketing efforts.
