Do you provide the payment gateway and help with solicitors?
Yes, we are partnered with Trust Payments and Sprint Law. This saves you finding and researching providers. We have found reputable provides and will assign you an account manager so you have 1-to-1 contact with our partners
How long does it typically take to complete a web design project?
Each project is different, but for a general idea we advise around 6-10 weeks from our initial chat to the first competition launch. Have a chat with us to get a better idea for your project.
Can I pay the project cost in a payment plan?
Yes, as long as we receive a minimum of 30% deposit, we are happy to allow you to stagger the project fees. This would have to be agreed upon and documented before the payment plan begins.
Will users get automatic email confirmations?
Our system automaticlaly sends useful emails to the users for:
- Account creation
- Order confirmation (and ticket numbers)
- Competition results
More automatic emails can be created, just let us know.
Can customers pick their own ticket numbers?
Absolutely, let us know before the design stage that it's something you want and we can facilitate this. On the other hand, you can have users automatically be assigned ticket numbers too.
Do you also support with email and SMS marketing?

Can we do automatic draws?
Yes, automatic draws are possible, this will select a number at random and email the winner. Alternatively, you can manually pick the winning ticket after live streaming the draw.
